About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Addressing concerns and providing grievance resolution to internal stakeholders
2. Assisting and conducting investigations into grievances and concerns raised by employees
3. Providing end-to-end case management of complex employee relations issues- these include aspects of performance management, leave-related concerns, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, work redundancy, intermittent availability, etc.
Required:
1. A person who understands their firm policies, who will be able to manage employees' cases/grievances, etc.
2. Should be from localities of Mumbai
3. Time management/good communication/email etiquette
4. Languages known: English, Hindi & Marathi
5 Any graduate, or bachelor's degree in HR, MBA in HR
6. Experience: 0.6 to 3.0 years

1. Shift timings: 14:00 to 23:00
2. Pick up and drop available
