Job Description
You will be managing household staff, coordinating events, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all estate-related activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, hospitality or P.A. experience, and a strong background in property management and personal support.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise household staff (housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance) .
Coordinate and oversee event planning for social gatherings and special occasions.
Handle personal administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and correspondence.
Launch and manage projects, search and bid out vendors, and manage projects through to completion.
Handle office communications for the CEO, including telephones and business correspondence.
Organize travel arrangements, reservations, and transportation logistics for CEO.
Maintain inventories, supplies, and estate documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a personal assistant or estate manager within luxury residences or hospitality settings.
Strong background in event planning, property management, or household supervision.
Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Reliable transportation and proximity to Coconut Grove
Physically capable of occasional hands-on tasks
Administrative experience including scheduling, correspondence handling, and vendor relations is essential.
