Designation : Executive – Brand Solutions and Event Execution
Position Overview : As an Executive in the Brand Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing various projects and campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to conceptualize, execute, and deliver high-quality events and brand solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Event Execution :
Plan and execute events with a focus on excellence, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual setup Monitor event budgets and timelines, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Brand Solutions Execution :
Implement customized brand solutions tailored to the client's objectives.
Manage end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, including on-ground activations and digital integrations.
• Quality Check :
Ensure quality control and maintain high standards throughout all deliverables.
Ensure timely delivery of services and manage event budgets
Track and report event performance metrics, providing insights for future improvements
• Event Ideation :
Understand client needs and objectives for each event and provide appropriate solutions
To conceptualize innovative brand event ideas and strategies.
Develop ideas that enhance client brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
Present creative concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to refine strategies.
• Client Servicing :
Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients regarding their event requirements
Ensuring clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
• Team Collaboration :
Collaborate with internal teams to develop event proposals and timelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
Provide guidance and support to the team members as required.
