Job Title: Executive - Exports Documentation
Location: Yeswanthpur – Bangalore
Experience Required - 1-3 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Dealing with & solving the critical issues related to Shipments.
Ø Preparation of Export Bank Documents & Payments.
Ø Transport & Tracking follow ups on Daily basis.
Ø Attend and monitor Regular Shipments Enquiries.
Ø Coordinate with Local and Overseas Suppliers, Forwarders, Transporters and Warehouse on Timely Delivery and Clearances of Goods
Ø Preparation of Documents for various Government incentive schemes.
Ø Ensure export shipping documents compliance with export laws and regulations or as required under the various payment terms.
Ø Knowledge of exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentations and formalities.
Ø Co-ordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities
