Job Role:
At the finance Executive level, your role will involve actively participating in the development and execution of financial management strategies, budget control, and accounting policies and procedures.
Role and Responsibilities :
Formulate and implement financial policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure effective financial management.
Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Perform vendor invoice booking and maintain accurate records.
Handle TDS working and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Manage GST working and reconciliation for tax compliance.
Perform salary reconciliation and booking-related tasks.
Prepare quarterly vendor and salary TDS working.
Perform ledger reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
Conduct bank reconciliation to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.
Overseeing legal cases, including attending court hearings.
Skills Required:
Financial analysis and interpretation of data for decision-making.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Understanding of tax laws and compliance requirements.
Skills in cash flow management and optimization.
Collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional teams.
