Overall Role & responsibility:
- Analysing the Company's current & future Fund/Non-Fund Based Working Capital
- Requirements & ensuring availability of limits
- Interacting with prospective lenders, negotiating favorable Sanction Terms, closing commercials & facilitating their onboarding
- Managing the existing Banking/Debt relationships, ensuring compliances with their
- Sanction Terms & pitching for Enhancements
- Managing the Banking Operations Team and Supervising all Trade (LC/BG) other
- Banking Transactions within acceptable TAT
- Advising the Business Finance Teams for structuring of transactions using relevant
- Banking Products (Credit Lines/Escrows/etc.)
Operational oversight:
- LC issuance: Raising a request with the bank for issuing LC to our supplier as per
- SOP along with necessary documentations.
- LC acceptance: Reviewing and processing LC acceptance to our supplier as per SOP
- LC bill presentation and discounting: Overseeing presentation of bills under LC received from Customers and liaising with banks for Bill lodgement and acceptances.
- BG issuance: Raising request with banks for issuing BG as per requirement along with necessary documentations
- Issuing PDC/UDC: Issuing PDC as per SOP
- Customer PDC: Maintaining custody of all PDC received from customers and ensuring that the same is deposited in bank as per respective dates.
- A/c opening: Liaising with banks for any new account opening and preparing the required documents
- Documentation: Preparing all necessary documentation with respect to closing any requirement with banks
- Cross Function Assistance: Assist various BUs and functions for any banking requirement.
- Monthly closure: Assist Books team during monthly book closure with respect to data required.
- Non-business Payments: Initiating all non-business payments daily as per request received from Books team.
- MIS Regularly updating the various MIS required and ensuring that same is circulated with stakeholders
- TAT Adhering to TAT defined for various operations
