Minimum Qualification:Graduate
• Routing and switching configuration.
• LAN cable testing.
• Laptop and desktop allocation between departments/branches.
• IT devices inventory and stock management.
• IT infra technician and management.
• Laptop and desktop problems troubleshooting.
• Windows and software installations.
• Managing whole technical support during events.
• Providing remote support.

Desired Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate flexibility during and outside of working hours.
