Job Description
The Hotel General Manager is responsible for creating a cohesive leadership team and positive business environment that consistently delivers results. This includes developing deployment strategies to market property in order to continue to grow market share, supporting the sales strategy by encouraging effective revenue management practices, and ensuring sales and revenue engines are leveraged to drive RevPAR improvement year over year.
The General Manager also works collaboratively with the partnership group to build strong relationships to aid the business objectives of the hotel, holds staff accountable for successful performance in a positive manner, and fosters associate engagement to providing excellent service.
