Executive| Hotel Support Desk
• Assisting Internal customer in finding best Hotel options for International and Domestic Cities as per their needs
• Working with OTA’s like Expedia, MMT, Cleartrip etc.
• Ensure quality of resp0nse is given with the SLA
• Negotiating rates for hotel/service apartments directly with the property
• Ensuring that bookings are reconfirmed and payments are done to the hotel prior to the check-in.
• Ensuring booking are well updated on tool and billing is done.
• Payments to hotel via credit card and maintaining data for the same for smooth reconciliation.
• Handling first level of escalation and ensuring quick resolution to the customer.
• Assisting finance team in closing the disputed cases of hotel bookings while reconciliation.
• Offline commission tracking with the hotel and same needs to be knocked off with finance team once received.
