Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper located in Nagpur. Its 120 Keys Resort with MICE Centre - 2 Large Restaurants, 2 large Banquet Halls, 2 Large Lawns. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing the housekeeping operations of the hotel or resort. They will ensure the highest level of cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms public spaces, and back-of-house areas. The Executive Housekeeper will also manage laundry operations, maintain inventory levels, and train and manage housekeeping staff.

Qualifications
• Laundry and organization skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in training and managing staff
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in housekeeping operations
• Knowledge of local and national health and safety regulations
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Additional language proficiency is a plus
