Education: Any UG Qualification (Any management) / MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized university BHM or equivalent degree is preferred

Job Description
• Prepare weekly and monthly report for the allotted sites.
• Supervise the day-to-day cleaning of the common areas and offices of the allotted communes
• Perform routine inspections of all public areas, service areas, storerooms and offices of the allotted communes
• Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects work.
• Supervise and coordinate pest control, flowers, plants and periodical deep cleaning operations on all area of responsibility.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
• Anticipate client’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report for the allotted sites.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas Assign duties for the supervisors and coordinate for the work assigned
• Ensure that assigned staff have reported to work and document any late or absent employees.
• Prepare and distribute assignment work sheets to assigned staff and review priorities
• Assist the supervisors to ensure optimum service provided to clients.
• Efficiently manage stock control and the maintenance of all equipment of allotted sites
• Report all maintenance defects and follow up with maintenance team of allotted sites.
• Responsible to Check staff grooming and hygiene.
• Ensure that all paper works and done for the day.
• Informs FM about any damage, theft or loss to property.
• Answer inquires to maintain controls and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage and train HK supervisors, HK staff, pantry boy and office boys to ensure their performance meets the standards required
• Provide feedback on staff performance and report disciplinary problems to Facility Manager
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Facility Manager
• Setting up meeting rooms
• Cleaning and upkeeping the meeting rooms.
• Set up the meeting rooms as per the given standards
• Ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels for meeting room requirements
• Storing and maintaining the cutleries and crockeries
