Sr. Executive Housekeeper for Leading 5 Property in kolkata
package + to 10 lacs/ annum
location: kolkatra
Identifying key performances and set standard of appraisal for all levels.
Enhancement of self-checkers and their development.
Proper execution of roasters and able to manage privilege leave balance well within 10 man-days.
Regular monthly departmental meeting and implementation of “care” as a value with birthday celebration, awards and recognitions.
Proper implication of training in coordination with training department, maintaining training MIS and keeping training target of 5 man hours on an average.
Successful in achieving 100% twice in Coyle audit with the proper introduction of brand standard checklist, on job training and synchronisation of OE in rooms and with laundry.
All expense heads were kept under strict vigilance keeping the room’s profitability as desired above 78% YTD.
Overall pilferages were kept well under control with monthly inventory Linen discard was kept around 10% ratio with introduction of tagging and par.
Covid-1+ guidelines were introduced with proper SOP in discussion with GM. Training done for all team members with constant practical implication. Overall expense, cost and departmental operation were restructured on need basis.
