What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop the Housekeeping leadership and supervisor team
Foster a positive, respectful, and high-morale workplace through recognition, support, and clear expectations
Support a young and evolving workforce with an empathetic, hands-on leadership style
Operational Excellence
Oversee all daily housekeeping operations for guestrooms and public spaces
Ensure company room standards are consistently implemented and audited
Plan, organize, and track deep-cleaning projects and preventative maintenance initiatives
Monitor and respond to guest feedback, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Control labour, supplies, and expenses to meet or exceed budget targets
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment at all times
Manage and update departmental health & safety programs, including WCB and WHMIS
Ensure all training documentation is current and complete
What You Bring
Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
The ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-quality environment
A genuine passion for guest service and team development
