This position is located at our corporate office / property AMANPURI, in Phuket, Thailand.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a professional, experienced Executive Housekeeper - Villas to perform housekeeping magic services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us. You'll lead the housekeeping and ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitors all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily
• Leads, hires, and trains hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Oversees the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies
• Documents areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office
• Ensures all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed QUALIFICATIONS
• Has a sharp eye for detail leading to excellence.
• Previous management experience in housekeeping operations of luxury hotel scale.
• Ability to maintain effective operating and control processes designed to provide maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction.
• Effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling
