Job Description
Accountabilities and KPIs:
Supervise all in house housekeeping activities & direct executives in execution of operations
Upkeep the housekeeping facilities in the mall by maintaining defined checklists for cleaning/ replacement
Update the cleaning schedule and checklists on a regular basis
Attend and resolve customer and tenant grievance in the given time frame
Oversee and provide direct leadership to all 3rd party staff members in Housekeeping, ensure adherence to their contracts
Ensure all the tenant shops are open and functioning by prescribed time
Check and maintain the housekeeping assets, check inventory on weekly/monthly basis
Co-ordinate with different user departments to execute housekeeping operations
Prepare work orders, NFA, AMC and any other paper works
Ensure health and hygiene of mall is maintained at all times
Candidate Profile:
Bachelors in Hotel Management (Mandatory)
Master’s in Business Administration [Operations] (Preferred)
At least 3-5 plus years of relevant work experience (Employee Relations Management, Regulatory and Statutory Knowledge, Requisite Housekeeping Knowledge, Vendor Management Quality Management)
Experience in similar role (Preferred)

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
