Job Description
Key responsibility will be in the area of recruitment. Specifically this will involve
• Creating JD's based on requirements
• Communicating with recruiters, searching resumes on online platforms, campus recruitment
• Shortlisting of resumes, as well as doing the first interview (till Manager level)
• CTC finalisation of selected candidates as well as follow up for joining
Also assisting Manager (HR) in discharge of other HR and Admin responsibilities from time to time. Should have worked in large organisation with experience of recruiting senior and middle level professionals
