Job Description
1.Establish clear objectives for the human resources department and effectively monitor their progress based on smart metrics
2.Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
3.Update internal databases with new hire information
4.Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
5.Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
6.Publish and remove job ads
7.Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
8.Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
+.Develop training and onboarding material
10.Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
11.Supervise internal HR workflows and all work related to databases
12.Lead and educate managers and junior staff about important HR procedures and SOPs
13.Suggest new digital tools for the human resources department to address departmental needs, such as performance review tools
14.Resolve any employees’ queries, such as those related to issues like salary and labour regulations
15.Overlook and lead the HR department’s recruiting strategy and oversee all important details of the hiring procedures
16.Train employees by establishing smart training programs and carrying out important orientation activities
17.Schedule management seminars and sessions with employees
18.Help resolve major employee grievances and counsel employees and supervisors on employee relations issues
1+.Plan effective employee benefits programs and educate employees on all incentives and packages
20.Execute updated organizational strategies and policies
Requirements :
· 5 years of prior professional experience with the HR Operations sub-field
· Significant experience with using and handling Human Resources Information Systems along with payroll and data management tools
· Extensive prior experience in designing attractive compensation and benefits packages
· Solid knowledge about compensation and labour regulations along with regulatory laws and best HR practices
· Dependable leadership abilities
