Job Location (Full Address) K. R. Composites Pvt. Ltd., I 160/161, Road No I-8, Sachin GIDC, Surat.
Basic Skills Required:
• 1. Ensure recruitment and selection:
• Short listing Resumes, Interviews, wage fixation, arranging medical examination, joining process, orientation, nominations for training outside.
• 2. Ensure periodical appraisals of employees, annual increment and promotions as per Company’s policies.
• 3. Disciplinary actions – Show Cause, Charge sheet, domestic Enquiries, punishments as per Certified Standing Orders.
• 4. Separation process on resignations, retirement, terminations.
• 5. Relieving formalities.
• 6. Assistance in Management of attendance record, leave record, leave encashment of employees.
• 7. Compliance of various Apprenticeship Act, Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act and assisting in Compliance of other Labour Laws and legal cases.
• 8. Supervision of personal files of all Employees
• +. Coordination with Managerial staff and H.O.
• 10. Ensuring proper implementation of wage settlements.
• 11. Supervision of telecommunication, Stationery distribution. Drafting correspondence, notices, Press-note, & issuing experience certificates, salary certificates to employees.
• 12. Implement & create awareness IMS Policy.
• 13. To Review Objective & Action Plan.
