Job Description
The HR Generalist will manage all HR functions for our fashion retail stores, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role focuses on building a motivated, customer-oriented team that reflects the brand’s values, culture, and commitment to exceptional service in the premium fashion space.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Management
Handle end-to-end hiring for store roles including fashion consultants, stylists, tailors, visual merchandisers, and store operations staff.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
Maintain a strong pipeline of retail talent aligned with brand aesthetics and service standards.
2. HR Operations & Payroll Coordination
Manage daily attendance, leave records, and staff scheduling.
Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs, incentives, and statutory deductions.
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies at the store level.
3. Employee Engagement & Performance Management
Drive employee engagement activities to maintain a positive and motivated work culture.
Support managers in performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal setting.
Recognize and reward high-performing employees in line with brand values.
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs related to customer service, fashion styling, and sales techniques.
Organize orientation and skill development sessions for new and existing staff.
Promote continuous learning and brand representation excellence.
5. Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, etc.
Maintain HR records, employee files, and HR MIS reports accurately.
Support audit and documentation processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer-centric attitude.
Understanding of fashion retail operations and store dynamics.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Empathetic, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of HR experience in fashion retail or luxury retail preferred.
Strong sense of brand culture and aesthetics.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 6 days a week (including weekends as per store requirement).
Flexibility to work during festive seasons, exhibitions, or brand events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
