Job Description

1. Identify Openings and transfers for the post.

2. Sourcing candidates through existing databases, consultants, job portals and INFRACON.

3. Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.

4. Evaluation of CVs

5. Formatting of CVs as per INFRACON requirement

6. Interview call letter.

7. Facilitating HR Interview and Technical Interview.

8. Responsible for issuing offer letters upon candidate selection.

+. Maintaining and updating Database report

10. Headhunting/Referral check/Portal/Facebook/LinkedIn

11. Strong networking with the active candidates and passive.
