Job Description
As a key member of HR department, the Executive- Human Capital will support in the delivery of an effective, efficient and legally compliant human resource services to all Sannam S4 employees.
Individual shall assist Deputy Manager- Human Capital in carrying out routine HR operations work.
Role & Responsibilities
On-boarding:
· Responsible for welcoming new hires and conducting orientation session on Day one.
· Ensuring all on-boarding formalities are completed as per the pre-defined on-boarding SOP.
· Ensuring documentation completion and accurate maintenance of file/s within the timelines.
HR Documentation and HR Information System (Darwinbox):
· Effective contribution to the automation of HRIS and leave/Attendance management modules.
· Timely prepare and issue all the letters like Employment contract, confirmation letter, NOC and Addendum.
· Maintain and timely update the HRIS with employee information changes at 100 % accuracy.
