Job Description
As a key member of HR department, the Executive- Human Capital will support in the delivery of an effective, efficient and legally compliant human resource services to all Sannam S4 employees.
Individual shall assist Deputy Manager- Human Capital in carrying out routine HR operations work.
Role & Responsibilities
On-boarding:
· Responsible for welcoming new hires and conducting orientation session on Day one.
· Ensuring all on-boarding formalities are completed as per the pre-defined on-boarding SOP.
· Ensuring documentation completion and accurate maintenance of file/s within the timelines.
HR Documentation and HR Information System (Darwinbox):
· Effective contribution to the automation of HRIS and leave/Attendance management modules.
· Timely prepare and issue all the letters like Employment contract, confirmation letter, NOC and Addendum.
· Maintain and timely update the HRIS with employee information changes at 100 % accuracy.
· Maintain employee files, employment compliance related files and other HR related files on HR portal
· Preparation of monthly attendance reports.
· Preparation of monthly Dashboards.
· Provide day to day administration of employee benefit programs such as Insurance and leaves etc.
Employee Engagement:
· Driving Employee engagement activities and actively participating in presenting new initiatives for employee engagement and motivation.
· Partnering with Line Managers and other support functions to maintain highly motivated and engaged work environment.
· Be the first point of contact for all Employee grievances and partnering with Deputy Manager- HC in conducting necessary investigations.
Exit Management:
· Assist Deputy Manager in completing all the Exit formalities as per pre–defined Exit Management SOP.
· Providing MIS support for attrition analysis, analysing exit data and recommending ideas for retention.
· Support new released of HR Solutions
Minimum required qualifications
• Masters/Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Human Resource Management
• Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point.
Work Experience
• Proven work experience of 2 to 4 years as HR Executive or similar role.
• Experience in HR operations, statutory compliance and employee engagement.
