Job Purpose

The ideal candidate should have experience in Leave & Attendance management, Employee Offboarding, Data management and vendor management.

Major Accountability

• Responsible for end-to-end attendance management system for all employees within defined TAT
• Manage Employee Offboarding including clearances, asset recovery, full & final settlement, issuance of exit related letters and post exit formalities/queries adhering to the defined TAT.
• Appropriate closure of all internal and external audit clarifications with regards to attendance, HRMS, biometric system, etc. within the defined TAT
• Managing Attrition data, preparing attrition reports and analysis accurately
• Should be good at stakeholder and vendor management.
• Should be able to take up additional responsibilities as required from time to time.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Overall experience of 3 years
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and Presentation skills
• Good at MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to come up with the suggestions and recommendations.
• Should be able to think clearly.
• Should have high energy to address all queries with high speed.
• Attention to detail.

Education

• Minimum Education: Graduate, MBA (HR) preferred
