The Job: To perform various administrative tasks, support 70 EMG’s HR department & add value to the entire employee lifecycle.
Educational Qualification: Bachelors /Masters in HRM/ Business/ Commerce/ Arts or relevant field
Work Experience: 1-2 years
Location: Mumbai
The Job Responsibility:
• To work closely on all activities of an employee life cycle starting from recruitment and selection, induction, training, and appraisals to exit.
• Being actively involved in all recruitment activities ranging from annual manpower planning, scripting job descriptions, screening applicants, fixing and conducting interviews and closing the position as per the recruitment process.
• Updating the resume database in a functional and scalable format.
• Collaborating with colleges for campus placements and updating our requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Assisting in all employee development activities such as annual appraisals, setting key result areas, training and organizational surveys.
• Managing employee productivity and motivation, employee retention & development for employees and analyzing training needs.
• Ability to identify redundancies in the current HR process in order to review it from time to time.
• HR Administration & addressing employee queries/ grievances across all levels and departments.
