About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an Executive in Charge of Financial Operations. As a senior member of the finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of financial operations, from accounting and finance to taxation and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement effective financial plans, forecasts, and budgets. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

• Accounting & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders.

• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure seamless tax compliance.

• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Implement new technologies and automation tools to enhance financial operations.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.

• Excellent accounting and financial reporting skills.

• Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
