About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Developing product wise business plan for achieving targeted sales & profitability
2. Developing Marketing Strategy based on business plan of the company
3. Identifying new markets & New Customers for the targeted products
4. Increasing market share of products
5. Branding of Company & its products, services and device reach out plan
6. Relationship building & retention plan for existing customer
7. Building product, industry & market understanding & knowledge
8. Finding new application for product
+. Timely sales positions based on market intelligence
10. Increasing share of contractual customers
11. Identifying newer value proposition for customers & devising plan to deliver
12. Quality & timely delivery of product to customer Lead, Inquiry and order management
13. Identifying USP, differentiators of the proprietary product and communicating to customers- Periodically review the performance of team and ensuring direction setting, corrective & appreciative
14. Feedback, budgeting for the department & monitoring with diverse culture & Location
15. Reviewing the Business on a regular interval
16. Order risk review & managing risk return ratio
17. Market representation & agreement to augment sales
18. Receivable management
1+. Customer satisfaction & complaint redressal
20. Cross function Interface with Sourcing - Risk -Finance -Logistics- Operation
21. Managing branch operation
Qualifications and Education requirements:
1. MBA Marketing/MBA International Business + Chemical background
2. M. Pharm / B. Pharm + MBA
3. Candidates having MBA in Marketing from reputed universities will be given first preference
4. 0-5 years of experience. (Around 1-2 years of prior experience in similar business would be preferred.)
5. Experience of sales and marketing in Food colors and its intermediates are plus
