Job Responsibility:

1. IT Planning and Execution
• Able to understand the user requirements and translate into the IT solutions to meet user
- needs.
Evaluate business requirements, prepare and present proposals, design and deliver
- solutions to meet business objectives.
• Identify IT solutions and opportunities areas across departments to drive efficiencies in alignment with business goals.
• Develop an IT projects, ensure resource availability and deliver project on time within budget & scope which support the implementation of business development and expansion strategies to deliver the year business plan of the organization.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

IT Operations:
• Managing and coordinating information technology operations with internal & external team to ensure delivery of timely and effective IT services. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Assists with the research of internal and external best practices and with recommendations for process improvements and implementation of process and systems as per the need of organization.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
