Purpose
Support the Key Account Management team for successfully participation in various Tenders of all entities (NIL,NHPL & Sandoz) of GKAs like State Govts, Central Govt (CGHS ,ESI , Army & Railways), PSUs & Autonomous Bodies like AIIMS,SGPGI etc. in collaboration with internal stakeholders like Regulatory affairs, Corporate Finance, Legal, Supply chain management ,Compliance and external stakeholders like State FDA officials to enhance the reach of innovative medicines for better patient outcomes. And also have checks on financial controls like overdue O/s, EMDs, Bank Guarantees as well as on the 3rd parties (GKAs stockists)
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Knowledge in Tender and Vendor Registration online/ offline, end to end Tender tracking and helping sales team by providing relevant documents for timely submission of Tenders such as valid Form-10, Form-45, COPP, PAC etc.
• Responsible for collecting the applied Tender data applied by sales team and updated the same excel file in one drive, timely preparing Tenders EMD, Bank Guarantees and keeping the records for the same
• Collecting EMD and Bank Guarantee amount once Tender not been honored, rate contract monitoring for each Tenders w.r.t Validity and extension period, Timely vendor payment and Vendor creation through PO route
• Vendor management w.r.t to procuring stamp papers, Notary and Marketing certificates and making timely payments, monitoring Central repository of all agreements for Hospital stockiest
• Responsible for monitoring ABDD and TPRM renewal dates for each Hospital stockiest, developing different proposals and ensure compliance and governance framework
• Provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sale process, evaluate tenders, inquiries from customers
• Assist in building the proposal compliance matrix and track the fulfillment of all requirements
• KPIs- Timely submission of Tenders and complete tracking and end to end monitoring of Tenders (from tendering to Award to recovery of money post termination), 100% valid repository of all regulatory documents

Minimum requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
• 3-4 years relevant experience Graduate from Reputed Institution. Additional any Software course
• Key account management experience Sales experience in multinational companies Team management experience is preferred English NA:
• Must be presentable and excellent verbal and written communication skills and working in collaboration with multiple functional teams within the organization
• Excel, Power point Knowledge is must
• Accountability Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
