The successful candidate will manage end-to-end leadership hiring for CXO, VP, Director, and Senior Management roles. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing effective talent acquisition plans
• BUILDING STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH INTERNAL LEADERSHIP TEAMS TO UNDERSTAND TALENT NEEDS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY
• Designing and executing high-quality sourcing strategies using headhunting, networking, and industry mapping
• LEADING STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT, ENSURING SEAMLESS CANDIDATE AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE
• Partnering with business leaders for workforce planning and leadership pipeline development
• MANAGING NEGOTIATIONS AND CLOSE COMPLEX LEADERSHIP OFFERS
• Mentoring and guiding the internal hiring team towards excellence in executive search best practices
