Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Management Assistant located in saki vihal ,powai . The Executive Management Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and support, managing expense reports, and handling various administrative tasks. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, handling communications, organizing travel arrangements, and assisting with project management. The candidate will work closely with executive team members to ensure smooth operations and effective time management.

Qualifications
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Proficiency in managing Expense Reports
• Strong Executive Support background
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus, Engineering background in IT or Mechtronics will be preferred.
• Ready for Domestic and International travel
• Experience in Public Relations and Liasioning an added qualifications.
