The Executive Manager plays a key role in being an expert across business banking, credit, risk and continuous improvement and will lead our team to meet their potential whilst delivering successful client outcomes.
Your team will be made up of Relationship Executives, the Team Manager, Analysts & Account Managers. The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $3m - $150m or $1m - $50m in commercial lending requirements. Delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including transactional banking, commercial lending, working capital finance, asset finance and risk management.

Using your ability to coach, mentor and engage both your team and our clients, you will focus on growing quality business across the Healthcare market. You will work with a strong performing specialised team with excellent growth potential and will have oversight across our thriving Healthcare customer base in Brisbane.
More specifically, you will:
Lead and manage a specialised health team in Brisbane
Utilise your industry expertise to understand and identify key opportunities within an ever changing commercial landscape, and develop strategies accordingly
Coach and mentor a team and support ongoing development, maintain and develop a high performance culture
Build strong relationships with clients and support your people’s ability to retain their business through excellent client service
Have an in depth understanding of complex client needs and develop key internal relationships to maximise opportunities to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions
Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across Brisbane

Demonstrated people leadership – Coach a team to develop uncommon customer focus, risk & credit skills and capabilities
A real passion to lead and further develop a skilled team
Experience within the Healthcare industry (advantageous)
Exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding
Leadership capability and a strong risk management focus
A strong success orientation and are engaged and motivated
A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded
