Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Deep credit experience across Commercial, Corporate, and/or Institutional Banking segments (including Line 1 and/or Line 2 roles).
Strong leadership and project management skills, including the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality review outcomes based on agreed timeframes.
Ability to build rapport with key senior stakeholders, including influencing and presenting outcomes to leadership and relevant governance committees.
We are looking for someone with a passion for continuous improvement and a proven track record in leading and/or delivering strategic change initiatives.
