Enhanced Lifestyles, a leading not-for-profit disability services provider, and is seeking an experienced and strategic People, Culture and Change Executive, to lead our organisation-wide people portfolio and support the delivery of high-quality, customer-led disability services.

About the Role
This executive role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. The position is responsible for leading the People, Culture, Change and WHS portfolio, providing strategic advice, and ensuring the organisation has the workforce capability, systems, and culture required to deliver on its strategic priorities.
The role has organisation-wide responsibility for people strategy, organisational design, industrial and employee relations, workforce capability, and enterprise change. A key focus is strengthening a contemporary, customer-oriented People Services function and embedding a values-led, safe, and high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver the People, Culture and Change strategy aligned to organisational priorities
Provide executive advice to the CEO and Board on workforce, culture, and industrial matters
Oversee organisational design, workforce planning, and major change programs
Lead industrial and employee relations, including complex case management and enterprise matters
Ensure high-quality People Services, systems, and workforce data integrity
Drive leadership capability, talent development, and learning strategies
Strengthen wellbeing, psychosocial safety, and return to work practices
Ensure compliance with legislation, NDIS requirements, and organisational governance
About You
We are seeking a senior leader with strong experience across people, culture, and organisational change within a complex or regulated environment.
You will demonstrate:
Proven executive leadership in HR, ER and IR
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate into practical outcomes
Experience leading organisational change and workforce transformation
Deep knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial frameworks
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with Boards and regulators
A commitment to values-led leadership and customer-centred service delivery
