Job Description
Leading large-scale operational / contact centre teams at a senior manager level.
Effective communication skills supporting the leadership of a large and diverse workforce, engagement with other senior leaders and executive managers.
Developed people leadership skills with a proven ability to role model values and behaviours.
Demonstrated expertise in building capability and optimising the performance of teams.
Proven ability to define, plan, and shape strategies and initiatives into tactical plans for successful delivery.
Demonstrable experience in business / operational transformation.
Operating and delivering results in a matrix environment and leveraging relationships to influence and drive outcomes.
Demonstrated ability in managing complexity, ambiguity and responding to change.
Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
Creating a continuous improvement environment aligned with agile ways of working.
Identifying and managing risks with effective risk controls.
