Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive (Offline) to join our team at FLYWHEEL AVIATION ACADEMY.
As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement offline marketing strategies to promote our institute's programs and attract prospective students. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to offline marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential students to FLYWHEEL AVIATION.
• Identify target demographics and geographical areas to focus on for marketing campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, including seminars, workshops, and career fairs, to showcase the benefits and offerings of FLYWHEEL AVIATION.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of print materials to strategic locations, such as schools, community centers, and local businesses.
• Represent FLYWHEEL AVIATION at external events and networking opportunities to promote our institute and build relationships with potential students and their parents.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns, tracking response rates and generating reports to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging offline marketing techniques to ensure the institute remains competitive.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field in the Education industry.
• Proven experience in offline marketing, preferably in the education industry.
• Strong understanding of traditional marketing techniques and channels, including print media, event marketing, and partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey key messages effectively.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative offline marketing strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
