Location Besant Nagar , Chennai
Salary : upto 6 LPA
Communication Focus
Study the existing client data base by segments and curate new client data base
Strategise to create a communication plan that addresses the organisation vision
Modify and add channels of communication that have greater reach with clients
Source new alliances of vendors who can support the communication efforts
Target content creation that addresses needs of Anahat teams
Create a plan and get internal buy-in on the communication plan
Create content and creatives for emails, brochures etc. for products, programs
and consulting services
Marketing Focus
Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on establishment
objectives
Get internal buy-in on the marketing plan / campaigns
Create and run marketing campaigns to promote products and programs
Lead all activities to ensure that the marketing plan /campaign is implemented
Monitor progress in implementing plans and update internally
Position Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and execute new events hosted by Anahat by creating content for marketing
collaterals, Webinars etc.
Identify external events and get Anahat team to participate / sponsor
Marketing and Communication MIS
Create matrices to identify good communication content and measure
effectiveness
Study trends in distribution and program participation in line with strategies
devised
Share trends emerging with team for ideation and building plans for future
Revise plans to accommodate the findings
Website Focus
Manage and monitor website content regularly
Work towards increasing client interface with the website
Track progress made in updating content and share regular updates internally

Excellent written and oral communication skills – proficient in creating content for
various mediums – emails, social media, brochures, events etc.
Communications and Media — Knowledge of media production, communication,
and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to
inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing,
promoting, and selling products or services.
Decision making skills – ability to analyse information and evaluate results to
choose the best solution and solve problems
Analytical skills – work with data, make meaning of it and share findings with
internal teams to facilitate decisions
Design — Knowledge of design techniques and tools used in creating
communication and marketing content

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
