Shri Educare Limited invites smart, energetic and creative educationists to be a part of the family. To Drive and contribute to top line of the company by generating revenue from company owned and partner schools on Pan India level. To strategize, steer our owned and partnered schools in School launch, branding and positioning, customer delight, marketing plan within expense budget limit to driving school enrollments and year end targets. We are looking to to hire a JO/Executive/Senior Executive - Marketing. The role primarily focuses on:-
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new markets for the SEL IT Business
• Identify markets / schools where the ERP can be sold.
• Contacting potential clients via emails, cold calls and exploratory visits.
• Visiting schools in the market and make presentations about the ERP.
• Arrange meetings with Senior Management / decision makers for closure of deals.
Generating the market for SEL Consultancy Projects
• Assist the Marketing Department by preparing presentations, proposals, emailers for prospective clients.
• Meeting prospective clients and sharing the leads with Marketing Head.
Cost effective and proper advertising for TSEY (The Shri Ram Early Years)
• Getting quotes from different vendors for advertising.
• Monitoring / Co-coordinating TSEY Website Updating and Management.
• Assist in carrying out the marketing activities planned.
Designing of brochures and print ads for new consultancy projects
• Website Updating and Management.
• Getting quotes from different vendors for advertising.
• Assisting the marketing department is carrying out the marketing activities planned.
Admissions
• Assist in achieving the budgeted numbers in all SEL owned and partner schools (as applicable).
• Training of all the counsellors and drafting of marketing pitch to get better conversation ratio.
• Working closely with counsellors regularly to enhance the customer delight & numbers.
• Monitoring the trends and the pipeline, and proactively taking remedial actions as required.
• Keeping abreast with all the marketing initiatives of the competitors, for all the given demographics.
