Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Executive to be a part of our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing operations.
Your central goal is to help grow our brands influence and fulfil the lead targets for all our projects, while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our marketing campaigns across all networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, communication and social media management.
Responsibility :
• Responsible for strategic & tactical marketing planning for assigned real estate projects
2. 360-degree degree media planning for Launch & sustenance campaign planning and execution
• Competition Analysis for the assigned projects
• Budgeting, expense tracking & various MIS
• Grow & monitor direct sales impact by working closely with presales & sales teams
• Understand, plan and manage channel partner & customer engagement communication
• Strategic sourcing, negotiations and managing the vendors and agencies.
• Exposure to PR & Events Execution
• Coordination with projects sales teams, accounts teams, design and CRM teams for Marketing execution
• Oversee Billing/ERP Processing & Vendor Management
