Executive Marketing
Plan and execute marketing campaigns specific to the assigned BU
Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand offerings and USPs
Create and manage content for BU-specific brochures, mailers, presentations, and social media
Coordinate with the central design and digital teams for creatives and online promotion
Conduct market research and competitor analysis relevant to the BU
Assist in organizing webinars, demos, and events tailored to the target audience
Track campaign performance and report on KPIs (leads generated, engagement, etc.)
Maintain marketing collaterals and ensure consistent brand voice
Coordinate with vendors, media, and internal stakeholders for campaign execution
Support the BU head with client-facing decks, success stories, and case studies
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a tech/B2B environment
Strong communication and content creation skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms
Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
