Job Responsibilities:- . Marketing execution for SteppinOut events and social media account management. . Coordinating with internal teams for final creative closures, copies and ads. . Closely working with the team to develop event marketing strategies. . Communicating with external agencies and 3rd party vendors for influencer marketing, PR and ticketing. . Managing On ground social media content for steppinOut events in the city. . Executing Fb/instagram and near ads and working on reports tracking ad performance. . Managing social media content, campaigns to sustain engaging audience experience. . Researching and analyzing social media trends to improve social media presence. . Developing engaging content for all social media channels and platforms. . Coordinating with internal teams and copywriters. . Executing social media campaigns with working on reports for visitor data and determining effectiveness of the campaigns. Desired Skills:- . Experience - 1 - 3 years in social media marketing and social media ads. . Bachelors in marketing or related discipline. . Strong verbal and written communication skills. . Understanding and knowledge of all social media platforms (FB/Instagram/twitter/youtube/linkedin/snapchat . Content creation for social media. . Understanding of excel, ppt and near docs. . Basic understanding of fb/instagram ads manager, near ads. . Highly organised and proficient at managing multiple projects
