Associate/Executive - Delhi/Gurgaon & Mumbai
You will work as an Associate/Executive to enable and help deliver on several events and client connect initiatives led by the Brand, Marketing, and Communications team.
Your key responsibilities
As a BMC Associate/Executive, you will be responsible to:
• Organizing, ideating, and marketing events
• Working knowledge of planning, organizing coordinating, and designing the overall event
• Will be responsible for end-to-end events execution
• Someone who can always bring creative ideas for the execution of the event
• Keeping up to date on what's happening new with competition/ industry, etc.
• Knowledge of experiential events/ virtual events
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• Post event report/dashboards
• Database management
Skills and attributes for success
• Hands-on experience working with an event management company
• Proficiency in Microsoft powerpoint and basic excelsheet.
• Good communications skills (written & spoken)
To qualify for the role you must have
• Graduate with the right technical skills.
• Project management skills
• 2-6years of relevant experience
