Roles and Responsibilities
1. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly MIS reports
Collecting the required data from respective SPOC from all states & pulling the data from databases websites like KSBCL (Karnataka), KSBC (Kerala), etc. and other sources, based on received data prepare the MIS reports in proper format and publish in given time lines from the superiors.
2. Adhoc Reports
Preparing & sharing the MIS reports as per requirement from various departments.
3. Key Account Team and Retail Team Support
Regular interaction with Retail and Key account team on cluster data base and Providing Required Data.
4. IRCA Support
Location login issue resolving, outlet mapping and new outlet and new employee adding to SIP Tool. Preparing Employees market visit report.
5. Plan vs Coverage Report of Executive for Monthly Meeting
Downloading the retailer visiting report against coverage in SIP Application.
6. Master database files updating
Download the updated details from the KSBCL website & follow up with ASM, RSM and HODs for the confirmation.
Professional Experience
1 – 4 Years.
Computer Skills: Needs to possess a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft excel and power point
OTHER REQUIREMENT : Excellent command over English, Hindi & Kannada
