ï‚· Commanding skills to create excel formulated templates of any requirements.
ï‚· Candidates must publish all kind of reports at India Level related to business requirements.
ï‚· Candidate must be excellent command on advance excel, macros.
ï‚· Logical knowledge at broad level to handle Central MIS & WFM at India Level.
ï‚· Candidate must be command able knowledge of BPO KPI’s.
ï‚· Flexible to work in any shifts or rotational shifts as per requirement.
ï‚· Co-ordinating with other department skills must be there.
