Job Description
Executive MOD Sales
o Developing and maintaining elevator market for Modernization growth.
o Meeting customers to assess their requirements
o Developing and increasing customer database & Market survey
o Regular co ordunation with servcie team/areamanager to get updates on units having more than 15 years old which is our portfolio
o Generating enquires and finalization of orders &generating and attending new enquiries throug scccounting and servic eteam
o Keep focus on all tenders and submisson of tenders on time
o Preparing sales negotiation data sheet
o Preparing and submitting model elevator proposal
o KNowledge about commercial , Tax General clauses of Tenders -like LD , Arbitrataion, Indeminify etc..
o Attending pre-bid meetings, tender opening
o Attending negotiation meeting
o Follow up on proposals and tenders
o Negotiation and finalizing of orders
o Processing of orders received
o Contract Management
o Preparing of documents such as layout request, change in contract, finalized layout etc.
o Coordinating with internal customers (Contractors, Sales HO and Accounts) and internal customer in various stages of the contract till the final payment is collected and handover ceremony performed.
o Maintaining proposal database
o Loss analysis, monitor and follow up processes from proposal to handover
