Designation: Office Executive / Auction Coordinator
Location: Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Gurgaon
Job description:
• Conducting different type of online auctions for clients
• Coordinate with Client to understand the requirement to analyze if it is the right category suitable for Auctions
• Have to create different strategies to handle different category auction as per client requirement
• Need to handle vendor training independently (Onsite/Online)
• Handling day to day queries of customers
• Preparing auction reports as per the given format by clients
• Updating Auction register on daily basis
• Reporting issues/bugs to on defined platform and taking follow ups with the internal technical team to provide solution to customer on time
• Creating and updating manuals of new features/ modules and circulate the same to customers
• Responsible for creating/reviewing system usage reports/MIS and ensure timely sharing of reports to client

• Excellent in MS Office
Add-ons:
• Basic Understanding of E-Auctions & Procurement process would be preferable
· Immediate joining is highly preferable
Qualifications & Experience:
• Preferably a Graduate (BCom, BSc, BCA)
• Excellent English Communication, computer knowledge & Soft Skills
