EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO FOUNDER

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 15 days preferred

Location: Marol, Andheri East – Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

At GAJAB, we’re building a new-age marketplace where bargaining meets technology. To keep our Founder focused on the big picture, we’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant who can take ownership of his schedule, manage communications, and ensure seamless execution across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule.

• Act as the key link between the Founder and internal teams — track updates, deliverables, and follow-ups.

• Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and ensure timely execution of next steps.

• Draft and manage professional emails, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Founder.

• Coordinate travel, appointments, and operational tasks efficiently.

• Maintain strict confidentiality while acting as the Founder’s gatekeeper.

• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to keep operations smooth.

Must Have

• 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Executive, or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Trello/Asana (or quick to learn new tools).

• Strong sense of ownership, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

• Prior start-up or founder-facing experience is a plus.
