Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Managing complex calendars, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments and meetings.
Coordinating travel arrangements, completing expense reports, and processing reimbursements.
Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college.
Three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty.
