The Executive Assistant plays a key role in providing administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This includes coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring seamless communication and workflow within the executive office and across departments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. They will also be proactive and forward-looking, anticipating the needs of their executive and ensuring seamless preparation and support is provided.

In addition, the successful candidate will bring advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in relevant software applications, as well as intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
