What you will be doing
Provide high level advice to the General Manager on strategic, operational issues and corporate governance issues associated with social and affordable housing.
Provide an effective liaison on behalf of the General Manager to business areas of Social Housing Delivery Office, the Office of the Deputy Director-General, other areas of the department and external stakeholders.
Manage the direction and timely delivery of all correspondence including hot issues briefs and briefing requests on behalf of the office.
Actively participate in and contribute to the good governance and objects of the business area and the division.
Establish and maintain productive working relationships within the division, across the division, across the department and Queensland Government.
Undertake special projects of a complex/sensitive nature as assigned by the General Manager.
Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
