We are currently seeking applications for an Executive Officer, to work in the Executive Office (Super SA) at The Department of Treasury & Finance for an ongoing contract.
Remuneration: ASO5 – Salary Range ($85,790- $95,413 p.a.).

About the opportunity:
Under limited direction, the Executive Officer will provide a range of confidential secretarial and advisory services and will be responsible for efficiently planning, coordinating, scheduling, and delivering administrative and personal support to the Chief Executive.
About you
We seek an experienced Executive Officer who is a proactive, forward-thinking professional with exceptional communication skills, consistently staying ahead to ensure smooth operations of the Executive Office.
Experience in professional services, the superannuation industry or a political or complex stakeholder environment will be highly regarded.
To be successful, you must address the selection criteria below in a cover letter:
Sound understanding of the principles required to deliver executive assistant services to senior management in a sensitive and political environment.
Proven ability to analyse problems and demonstrate autonomy and initiative in developing and implementing alternative solutions and strategies, and to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, amend priorities, and respond to changing circumstances and needs.
Proven ability to develop and maintain sound working relationships with people at all levels including stakeholders, other agencies and the private sector, while maintaining confidentiality in dealing with issues of a sensitive or political nature.
Demonstrated experience preparing agendas, minute taking and drafting and editing general correspondence, minutes and reports.
